LP2100 semi-automatic low profile turntable (2-1/4" H) spiral
stretch wrap systems will wrap up to 30 loads per hour, maximum load
capacity 50" W x 50" L x 84" H weighing up to 4000#.
Our "Rapid Thread" power pre-stretch 20" film
delivery is one of the safest, easiest to load, and operator
friendly systems available. Series LP2100 "Simply Better"
systems include tapered ramps for hand operated pallet-jack loading,
turntable speeds up to 15 RPM, easy to use controls, separate top
and bottom wrap counters, variable speed controls for turntable(s)
and film carriage drive motors, automatic load height sensor (ALHS)
photo eye, standard industrial type push buttons, relay control
logic, NEMA 12 enclosures, and electro-static powder coated paint
finish. Standard electrical input requirement is 115V 15 Amps. All
Series 2100 systems are protected by our standard 3-year warranty
policy. Many standard options are available to adapt the Series 2100
to most applications. Special options are available upon request. |

systems include an automatic operation to keep the driver / operator
on the forklift, turntable speeds up to 15 RPM, easy to use
controls, separate top and bottom wrap counters, variable speed
controls for turntable(s) and film carriage drive motors, automatic
load height sensor (ALHS) photoeye, automatic pneumatically actuated
film clamp, cut and wipe down devices for positive film tail
security to the load, remote start / stop station, standard
industrial type push buttons, PLC logic, NEMA 12 enclosures, and
electro-static powder coated paint finish. Standard electrical input
requirement is 115V 20 Amps. Pneumatic requirement is 3 CFM @ 80 PSI.
All Series 5100 systems are protected by our standard 3 year

Over two years ago, our engineering
dept. took on the task of loading film into pre-stretch rollers as
easily and safely as possible. Their results gave us "Rapid
Thread". One of the most operator friendly and safe film
loading power pre-stretch film delivery systems available.
Field Retrofit Carriages
Packaging Rapid Thread power pre-stretch film delivery systems can
be retrofitted to 'most' competitive stretch wrappers sold in North
America. Ask about our retrofit survey form to evaluate your current
wrapper and determine whether or not our Rapid Thread will fit your
system. It's an easy process. We can generally have an answer for

Heavy
duty, safe, reliable and accurate is the best way to describe Rapid
Thrad's performance. Pre-stretch levels can be fixed, to range from 110%
to 313% (typical 207% for semi-automatics and 250% for automatics as
standard). Changing pre-stretch levels is a simple procedure.
Rapid Thread (safety door) with its auto cut-off switch prevents the power
pre-stretch rollers from operating when the door is open. This safety
interlock ensures a high degree of operator protection when loading film.
Standard procedure: Simply load new roll of film onto its mandrel, open
the door, lay film across face of rollers, shut the door and you're ready
to run (see diagrams below).
Rapid Thread is available in standard 20" and 30" film roll
widths. Modified roll width systems are available upon request.
